It was a great experience working with Aida. We 100% recommend working with her as she provides excellent customer service. She made sure we understood the whole process, took the time to explain everything from the begging until the end with details and what was expected from us and the steps it would take for us to buy the house. Aida was very responsive was always available to talk or text answer any questions we had. You would send her the list of houses that you wanted to see and the next day she had them all scheduled for you ready to go. She is great at following up and negotiating she made the process really fast and easy for us. Aida was very patient and took us to view multiple properties and knew exactly what we were looking for. Even after closing she went above and beyond by sending us a list of phone numbers to call to have garbage, water and electricity service set up.

Aida is very helpful specially this is our first home and were first time buyer. She gave a lot of options and feedback for every houses that we looked at based on what she knows and what she thinks. We took for how many months to get a house because we're looking for specific house, went to different area but she's very positive that we're gonna get there we're gonna find the house that we're looking for. She's very responsive one message away. She's the one who you gonna trust to get the home that you want, and she do it not just for sales she do it with what the clients really want and she works with compassion. Thanks to her we got the house that we looked for.
